Backdoor presents every pair as authenticated inventory and checks products before delivery.

What does backorder mean?

Backorder means the product is available to purchase, but ships on the lead time shown on the product page instead of immediate in-stock timing.

How should I choose a size?

Use the sizing listed on the product page exactly as shown. If you need help comparing sizing across brands, contact support before ordering.

Which payment methods are supported?

Backdoor checkout uses Stripe, which can show cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and eligible pay-later methods depending on country and order eligibility.

How do offers work?

Selected products allow customers to submit an offer from the product page. Offers are reviewed by the team before approval.

How do I get tracking?

Tracking is sent after fulfillment. If a shipment has not updated yet, allow extra time for carrier scans to appear.
