  • Pairs marked in stock are prepared first and ship with tracking after fulfillment.
  • Shipping speed at checkout depends on the method you choose and your delivery region.
  • Orders over the free-shipping threshold qualify for free standard shipping.

Backorder Items

  • Products marked as backorder include an estimated lead time on the product page.
  • Mixed orders can ship on the longer backorder timeline if all items are sent together.
  • If a backorder timing changes materially, support can help review the order status.

Tracking

  • Tracking is sent after the order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier.
  • Carrier scans can lag behind shipment pickup, especially during weekends or volume spikes.
  • Use the tracking page if you need a live status update after checkout.

International Delivery
